Standard Verification Procedure:

An alarm is received at Eyeforce Central. The operator acknowledges the alarm then brings up the video (this all takes about 15 to 30 seconds). Next the operator looks at the live video provided by the on-site cameras. If no intruder is visible the operator backs up the recording to the exact time of the alarm. If an intruder is seen either on the live view or the recorded view the operator then follows customer instructions which could be - dispatch police immediately, use 2-way audio to question the intruder or call customer for further instructions. If on-site security is required EyeForce will dispatch police, armed security patrol, or company representative to the problem area. If immediate attention is needed by a company representative Eyeforce will inform that "on-call" person immediately. There are many response options that can be custom designed by you the customer and your professional security representative. All incidents and interactions are logged and entered on a printed report.
